This page explains what personal data is processed when you visit this site, when you contact me and when you become a client. I keep it simple: I collect as little data as possible.

Who is responsible

Daniel Madac, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI), trading as D-CREATIONS, SIREN 988 794 582. Address: Montpellier, France. Email: contact@dcreations.fr. Phone: +33 6 52 14 63 17.

When you visit this site

This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no forms. It loads nothing from other sites (no external fonts, videos or scripts).

Your browser only keeps, on your device, the language you read and your "employee" or "freelance" choice. This is never sent anywhere.

The site is hosted by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P Kelly Jr St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, https://github.com). To serve the pages and protect the service, GitHub processes your IP address and technical data (browser, page requested, time of visit) and keeps technical logs, as described in the GitHub Privacy Statement (https://docs.github.com/site-policy/privacy-policies/github-general-privacy-statement). Legal basis: my legitimate interest in publishing a safe and available site (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). This transfer to the USA relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) only provides DNS for the domain name: the site's content and your visits do not go through Cloudflare.

When you contact me

If you write or call, I process your name, contact details and message to answer you and, if you wish, send a quote. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a contract, or my legitimate interest in answering (art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

My email runs on Google Workspace (Google). I keep these messages for 3 years after our last contact, unless you become a client.

When you are a client

To deliver the work, I process the data the contract needs: name, company, contact details, quotes, invoices and messages. Legal basis: the contract (art. 6(1)(b)) and my legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c)).

Invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years (French Commercial Code, art. L123-22). Other contract data is kept for 5 years after the work ends.

Your own customers' data

For some work (review requests, automations, websites) I may process your customers' data on your behalf. I then act as your processor (GDPR art. 28): only on your instructions, with a written agreement, using the minimum data, and I delete or return it when the work ends.

I only use AI tools on this data with your agreement, with GDPR-compliant providers, and never to train models where that option exists.

Customer reviews

I never write fake reviews, never buy them and never filter out negative ones. Review requests go to all customers in the same way, as French consumer law requires.

Photos and videos

When people appear in a shoot, I ask for their written consent (image rights) before anything is published.

Who receives your data

I never sell or rent data. Only my technical providers process it: GitHub (site hosting), Cloudflare (domain name DNS), Google (email) and, for a specific job and with your agreement, an AI provider. Some are in the USA: these transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Online payments: they are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland), which receives your name, email, billing address and payment data to collect the order and prevent fraud (GDPR art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c). Card data never goes through this site. Stripe's policy: https://stripe.com/privacy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, to restrict its use, or object to it. Write to contact@dcreations.fr; I answer within one month.

You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr.

Security

Encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to hosting accounts, regular backups, passwords kept in a secure keychain.
