2. Services and prices
The services and their prices are those shown on the Pricing page (https://dcreations.fr/en/pricing/) at the time of the order. Prices are in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code.
3. Order and payment
You order through a Stripe payment link (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay; SEPA direct debit for subscriptions). For the one-page website, a 50% deposit is paid after the free check and the balance at delivery. An invoice is sent by email after each payment.
4. Subscriptions
Monthly services are paid every month. You can stop the subscription at any time online, with the Stripe customer portal link you get by email. It ends at the end of the paid month; the month already started is not refunded.
5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
A consumer has 14 days to withdraw (French Consumer Code, art. L221-18). If they ask for the service to start before the end of that period, they must ask for it expressly and pay for the work already done if they withdraw later (art. L221-25). They lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed with their express agreement (art. L221-28, 1°). Business customers have no right of withdrawal.
6. Delivery and customer duties
The customer provides the access, information and content needed. For photos of people, the customer obtains their consent (image-rights release).
7. Intellectual property
Rights are granted after full payment, as described in the contract models.
8. Liability
Except for gross negligence, the seller’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.
9. Personal data
Payments are processed by Stripe; no card data is kept on this site. See the privacy policy.
10. Disputes and mediation
Consumer mediator: being appointed. Online sales to consumers will open once the mediator is appointed.
French law applies.
